This applies during specific hours. Call between 8 am and 11 am in the mornings. The same applies between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoons. Outside these hours, alternative support options are provided. These include local pharmacies and the 111 service. Adequate time for patient management is essential. This is in line with BMA guidance.

They are released at intervals to provide fairer access for all patients. The number of slots remains limited based on capacity. PATCHS is for non-urgent issues only. It is not for prescription requests or queries. If you cannot access PATCHS, contact Reception at 01923 828488. This extension of access to PATCHS aims to reduce patient frustration. Constructive comments about these changes can be sent to MountwoodPPG@gmail.com.
