The architect Sir M. Ochterlony designed the church. His design drew inspiration from St Monans Church. St Monans is a medieval church in Fife. Its charm influenced the very essence of St Salvador’s.

The Revd Mariusz Wojciechowski is an Assistant Priest. Mariusz was born and raised in Poland. He spent many years as a Passionist. He also worked as a teacher and retreat preacher. Mariusz emigrated to Scotland in 2010. He now serves at St Salvador’s. He also works for the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Dr Jenny Floether is a Lay Reader at St Salvador’s. She is licensed to preach and teach. Jenny lived in Portugal. There she became a lay reader. She loves being part of St Salvador’s. She enjoys seeing the Christian faith in action.
The Vestry plays a vital role at St Salvador’s. It is an elected committee. They are responsible for the church’s oversight. The priest-in-charge chairs the Vestry. Wyatt Arp serves as the Secretary. Anne McAlister is the Treasurer.
