You need to fill out forms specifically designed for Catholic schools. A supplementary information form or SIF confirms Catholic practice. A Catholic priest must verify this form. Then return it to the school. Applications for St Mary’s Nursery Class are made directly to the school.
St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School is a Catholic school. It is under the trusteeship of the Diocese of Westminster. It is an academy and part of the All Saints’ Trust. The Governing Body manages all admissions to the school. The Governors believe that children from Catholic homes benefit most. These are homes where the Catholic Faith is practiced. To apply to St Mary’s Nursery, children must turn three before August 31st, 2025. To apply, complete a Nursery SIF. You may need a Certificate of Catholic Practice.
