Pupil intake rose. In 2015, there were 208 pupils. By the current year, the number increased to 425. The school raised funds for the extension. The Education Ministry allocated RM800,000 in 2017.

The new classrooms include a computer lab. There is also a music room, art room and workshop. A virtual reality studio and robotics room will be available. There will even be rooms for religious classes. A pre-school with a kitchen and playground is planned.
