Close to Serangoon Reservoir lies the Lorong Halus Wetland. This wetland plays a crucial role in protecting the reservoir’s water quality. It treats leachate from a former landfill site, preventing contamination. This innovative approach showcases Singapore’s dedication to sustainable water management.
