Sankt Annæ Gymnasium is divided into three educational units. There is a primary and lower secondary school for ages 10 to 16. Here all pupils receive thorough singing training. They become members of either The Copenhagen Royal Chapel Choir or Copenhagen Girls’ Choir.

The Gymnasium is for older students aged 15 to 19. These students can join the Sankt Annæ Youth Choir. The school also offers a four-year high school degree. This includes an advanced music course. It is called Musikalsk Grundkursus.
