This isn’t just any residence hall. Rubloff Hall, opened in 2006, marks a pivotal moment in Saint Xavier University’s commitment to sustainability. The building showcases a range of eco-conscious features. These include a green roof, energy-efficient suites, and even toilets with two flush modes. Rubloff Hall accommodates 90 residents in its 24 apartment-style suites. Each suite comes complete with semi-private bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and furnished living areas. For those who prefer biking, many rooms even feature in-closet bicycle racks. But there’s more to Rubloff Hall than its green credentials and modern amenities. It’s also linked to McCarthy Hall on the second floor via a unique space known as “The Link”. This space serves as a quiet study and reading area for residents of both halls.
