Few know the name Roger Prévot. But his legacy lives on in the art he created. Today we explore one of Roger Prévot’s sculptures.

Roger Prévot was part of the Salon parisien de 1831. This was an exhibition held at the Musée du Louvre. Many artists displayed their paintings and sculptures.

The Salon of 1831 included many works. There were paintings and drawings. Sculptures were also shown at the Musée du Louvre.

One painting by Eugène Delacroix was called Le 28 juillet. It is also known as La Liberté guidant le Peuple. The painting hangs in the Musée du Louvre.
