Pursuit Fellowship

Seeking God’s will Pastor Rick and Tess Wood left Honolulu Hawaii. They relocated to northeast Dallas in 2007. The Pursuit Fellowship was born. It started as a small group. Their faith grew and expanded. The Pursuit Fellowship’s goal was simple. It aimed to prioritize God above all else. It emphasized a passionate pursuit of God. This was expressed through worship discipleship fellowship and service. The church’s vision statement was based on Proverbs 21:21. It stated “He who pursues righteousness and love finds life prosperity and honor”. The Pursuit Fellowship is non-denominational. It’s an evangelical church. This means they believe in the Bible’s authority. They believe in salvation through regeneration and spiritual transformation. They also believe in sharing the Gospel. Services at The Pursuit Fellowship are relaxed but focused. They include heartfelt worship joyous praise songs and engaging sermons. The sermons are biblical challenging and applicable. An altar call allows for prayer. Pastors and church leaders are available for prayer and questions after services. The Pursuit Fellowship’s history shows God’s hand. They believe their existence is from God’s heart. Their growth demonstrates God’s expansion of his kingdom on earth. Testimonies from members share their transformative experiences.
