In the heart of La Plata, Plaza Islas Malvinas whispers tales of both triumph and tragedy. Originally envisioned as “Plaza Sarmiento,” this space took a different path. In 1912, it became home to the 7th Infantry Regiment “Coronel Conde,” shifting its focus from education to military history. Plaza Islas Malvinas witnessed pivotal moments in Argentina’s story.
