Imagine a place where nearly 80000 people converge daily. This is Perpa Trade Center. It is not just a building. It is a city within Istanbul.

Perpa Trade Center’s story began in 1986. It rose from the grounds of “Perşembe Pazarı”. The vision was to create a social center with high economic potential. The goal was also to address the issues faced by merchants.

Perpa Trade Center stands as a testament to modern urbanism. Its location was chosen to relieve Istanbul’s heavy traffic. It is near Şişli and Taksim, only 10 minutes away. The Bosphorus Bridge is also just 10 minutes away. Atatürk Airport is 20 minutes away.

Spanning over 108526 square meters, Perpa Trade Center consists of 14 floors. It has 660000 square meters of indoor space. The center is so large that it is managed by two entities, A Block and B Block. Both blocks manage their own affairs. A directorate oversees common areas. This includes the parking lot, security, and gardens.

Inside Perpa, you will find a diverse array of businesses. These range from electrical and electronics to hardware and machinery. This variety allows customers to find almost anything they need. Perpa even houses government agencies. These include the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Trade Registry Office. You will also find a post office, banks, and even a Masjid.

Perpa Trade Center boasts impressive infrastructure. It features 24 pedestrian elevators, 12 freight elevators, and 16 escalators. Daily car circulation ranges between 12000 and 13000 vehicles. There are 3500 parking spaces available. Trucks weighing up to 2.5 tons can access the floors.

Perpa Trade Center is one of the largest trade centers in the Middle East and the Balkans. It features 46 km of pedestrian walkways and 38 km of roads. The first three floors are partly parking garages. Floors four, seven, and ten have loading and unloading zones.

In October 2021, Atlas Tek Metal opened its new office and store in Perpa. The opening ceremony was attended by prominent figures. These included Mr. Haci Demir, Chairman of Perpa Trade Center. Also present was Mr. Saied Can, Chairman of the Iranian Origin Turkish Businessmen’s Association.

Perpa Trade Center contributes significantly to Istanbul’s economy. It accounts for a major portion of the tax amount paid in the city. With a trading capacity spanning 50 cities, its impact is undeniable.

Perpa Trade Center faced challenges in the past. However, it has transformed into a center of attraction. It offers solutions and creates value. Combining modernism, quality, trust, and success, Perpa is a service brand of social and business life. Perpa Trade Center continues to evolve and adapt.
