Dedicated on February 20, 1967, these structures mark a significant chapter in Peniel Baptist Church’s journey. The original church building, affectionately known as The Chapel, was relocated to its current location a year later. Peniel Baptist Church continued to expand its influence within the community. In August 1971, the church established the Peniel Baptist Academy Day Care Center and Kindergarten. This commitment to education extended further in 1982 with the dedication of an academy school building. This building caters to preschool through 12th grade, providing a foundation of Christian education. The church’s dedication to nurturing young minds continued with the dedication of a new high school educational building on October 12, 2008.
