The museum’s founder Mr Loh Lean Cheng started his collection with a simple Popeye doll back in 1973. His passion grew into an extraordinary collection spanning decades. The sheer scale of this collection is mind-boggling. There are actually another 30000 toys kept in storage because the museum simply can’t fit everything.
