The cornerstone of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church was laid in 1941. Back then, it was surrounded by a field and a gravel road. This building is actually the church’s third building. It has been serving the Lord and the people of the greater Dallas area for over eighty years. While Our Redeemer Lutheran Church is a traditional church, it has remained in touch with the world today. You can feel a sense of history when you worship at the church. The sermons relate to modern-day life and the congregation is very welcoming. This church has grown to include an elementary school, where they teach the grace of knowledge about their Lord and Savior. This school was founded in 1961. It started with just one teacher and kindergarten. Over the years, the school has added grades and teachers. The first principal joined in 1964. Today, Our Redeemer Lutheran Church is a thriving community that serves the Lord. It is a place where people of all ages can grow in their faith and connect with others. The church has a rich history, and it is still serving the Dallas area today.
