Our Lady of Hope wasn’t always as grand as it is today. The parish started with a modest school building, later becoming a temporary sanctuary for worship. As Rosemont saw a boom in offices and hotels in the 1980s, Our Lady of Hope found itself in an unexpected position – a potential real estate deal that would secure its future. In a momentous decision, the parish traded their school property, a precious part of their history, to Opus Developers, a move that ultimately allowed them to build the magnificent church we see today.
