“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me,” echoes a voice in the distance. These words of Matthew 25:40 are the guiding principle of Oasis Church right here in Dallas. Oasis Church is more than just a place of Sunday worship. It’s a beacon of hope and support for the community, embodying the true spirit of Christian charity. Every week, the church opens its doors to those in need through its “Mission of Ministry” program. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, people gather to receive free food, clothing, toiletries, and other essential items. This initiative reflects Oasis Church’s commitment to serving the community and following in the footsteps of Christ by providing for those less fortunate. Oasis Church, under the leadership of Pastor Leonard Hatcher, strives to be a true oasis for the community. It is a place where spiritual needs are met through worship and Bible study and where physical needs are addressed through compassionate outreach programs.
