In 1970 the Diocese bought the former Notre Dame Convent. This marked the beginning of Notre Dame Catholic Primary School. On September 8th 1970 Notre Dame School was annexed to St Peter’s School. This wasn’t the end of its journey though.

It could now welcome 210 pupils aged 5-11. Bishop Henderson officially opened the school on June 13th 1975. It’s a testament to its enduring spirit.
