The church registered as a charity in England on August 30, 1991. Its goals are clear: to spread the Christian faith, help those in need, and fight poverty. Over the years, New Covenant Church has launched numerous social and educational projects. They have partnered with both Christian and community groups across London and beyond. The church also offers regular support with health, employment, counselling, and housing.
New Covenant Church is deeply involved in fostering unity. Individual ministers and branches actively promote togetherness. The church is a member of the UK Evangelical Alliance. Its General Overseer Rev. Dr. Paul Jinadu also leads the African and Caribbean Evangelical Alliance. Branches are encouraged to join local Pentecostal Fellowship Prayer Networks.
