How do you get to Nauticos del Este? You can only get there by boat. From San Fernando take the Rio Lujan. Then take the Canal Vinculacion and the Rio Urion. Finally take the Canal del Este. You can easily hire a boat taxi from the Tigre River Station.
The boat trip takes 20 to 30 minutes. A ship will take between 40 and 60 minutes. These times are from San Fernando to Isla del Este.
Nauticos del Este spans 63 hectares. It holds 270 lots. The lots range from 500 to 1800 square meters. Each has its own mooring. A 50000 square meter forest graces the area.
The urbanization design centers around a six-hectare lagoon. Fourteen navigable canals branch from it. All properties have river access. Sandy beaches line the water’s edge.
A hotel is planned. So are a gym and spa. Security operates 24 hours a day. Access is controlled.

Remember you cannot arrive by car at Nauticos del Este. Access is exclusively by boat, yacht, launch or helicopter.
