Grieg sought refuge in the peaceful setting while his wife and daughter stayed with relatives in Copenhagen. Today, Mothsgården houses the main branch of Rudersdal Museum. It continues to share the stories of the region through changing exhibitions. These exhibitions explore Rudersdal’s history from both local and international perspectives.
