Stepping onto the grounds of Mornington Secondary College, you’re transported back to 1993, the year the college was established when Mornington High School and Mornington Technical School merged. Two schools became one. Back then, Mornington High School opened in a temporary location. It moved to a new building on the corner of Nepean Highway and Wilsons Road the following year, but in 1999, its buildings were demolished. The college stands now on the grounds of the old Mornington Technical School, a symbol of its rich past.
