In October 2023, evaluation teams visited Mesjid Al Muhajirin. They were there to assess it for the competition. The Deputy Mayor of West Jakarta welcomed them. Hendra Hidayat was with local officials and the mosque’s board. The jury consisted of six people. HM Noor Syuaib Mundzir led them.

KH Ma’mun Al Ayyubi explained the LBM. He stated that it is a flagship program of DMI DKI. The assessment covered aspects like management and maintenance. This also included the mosque’s assets. He emphasized daily prosperity, not just during major events.
Riayah involves three assets. Maaliyah includes land and buildings. Amaliyah covers daily practices. Insaniah refers to the community. All these must be well-maintained.
