Masjid Jami’ Al Nizhom’s story is one of dedication and vision. Al Mu’alim KH Muhammad Syafi’i Hadzami inaugurated it. He was the Ketua Umum Majlis Ulama Indonesia for Jakarta. The inauguration happened on Ahad. It was July 19, 1998, or 25 Rabiul Awwal 1410 H in the Islamic calendar.
KH Drs M Lutfi Zawawi currently serves as Ketua Umum. He guides the congregation with wisdom. Masjid Jami’ Al Nizhom has been a Wakaf property since 1969. The building itself dates back to 1340. It can accommodate up to 1500 people for prayer.
