Masjid En-Naeem stands proudly at the junction of Tampines Road and Hougang Avenue 3. Its box-like structure and tall minaret make it easily recognizable. This is next to the high-rise residential flats.
Originally built under Phase Two of the Mosque Building Fund it has grown significantly over the years. A major upgrade in 2006 increased its capacity to accommodate 2500 worshippers.
More than just a place of prayer Masjid En-Naeem is a vibrant hub of activity. Religious classes talks and seasonal events fill its calendar. The Masjid En-Naeem also houses a kindergarten and a weekend religious program. This caters to students aged 5 to 18 years old. Here Islamic values are taught. The aim is to shape future leaders.

Masjid En-Naeem offers various Islamic learning programs. These include the Centre for Islamic Thinkers. It also has an Islamic Education Centre. Additionally there is an Islamic Dakwah Centre. Finally there is an Al-Quran Learning Centre.
