The Bedug Nusantara at Masjid Asabri Indah incorporates twenty different types of wood. These woods come from provinces across Indonesia. This represents the diverse natural resources of the nation. Adding to its distinctiveness, the drum skin comes from Australian bison. This detail highlights a blend of local and international elements.

Even before its complete finishing, Masjid Asabri Indah opened for use. During the fasting month of Ramadan, employees were encouraged to pray there. The director of PT ASABRI expressed hope that the mosque would benefit not only employees. He wanted it to serve the wider community as well.
The inauguration ceremony was a festive occasion. It included the unveiling of the name Baitul Halim. Baitul Halim translates to “House of Benefactors.” This name reflects the mosque’s purpose. The director also commemorated the event by striking the Bedug Nusantara.
