Tucked away in Northeast Minneapolis, Living Hope Church isn’t just a building. It’s a testament to the power of faith and community. Living Hope Ministries, the heart of this church, began its journey in 1993. Their mission was clear: bring the “living hope” of Jesus Christ to the neighborhood. They envisioned a community transformed by the Gospel, where lives are guided by the Holy Spirit. Living Hope Church stands at 1737 Adams Street NE, a beacon of hope in the city. Inside these walls, lives intertwine, stories unfold, and faith takes root. Every Thursday evening, the church comes alive with the Adult Bible Study. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the community gathers to explore scripture and deepen their understanding of faith. A particularly resonant verse from 1 Peter 1:3 echoes through the halls: “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. By his great mercy he has given us new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” Living Hope Church is more than just a place of worship. It’s a hub of service, dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of its neighbors. They regularly hold food distributions, providing sustenance and support to those in need. Living Hope Church embodies the spirit of community, offering a place of connection, growth, and service in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis.
