The World Compassion Fellowship (WCF), recognizing the urgent need, partnered with local ministries to create the Life Center. Their mission was clear: to provide medical, dental, and social services, alongside job skills and leadership training. This would serve the marginalized and underserved populations, including displaced refugees and impoverished locals.
