You can also explore the world of airport ground service equipment, and discover a collection of Malév Ikarus buses. The Légiközlekedési Kulturális Központ has transformed the Aeropark into a dynamic visitor center. They offer airport tours, taking you behind the scenes of this bustling international hub. Discover the hidden city within the airport, with its own wells, waterworks, power plant, and even a medical clinic. Get up close to parked aircraft, the control tower, and even the edge of the runway. The LKK continually works to enhance the Aeropark. They’ve added interactive exhibits, like flight simulators that let you experience the thrill of piloting an aircraft. The center also organizes special events, drawing thousands of visitors.
