One church, multiple locations – that’s the heart of Lakepointe Church, including this very Forney Campus. The church wasn’t always a sprawling multi-site entity though. It began humbly over 40 years ago in an old bait house. Imagine a small group of just seven families, united by their faith and driven by a desire to create a church home for young families like theirs. That small act of faith blossomed. Today, Lakepointe Church encompasses six locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, serving a community of over 20,000 people. But the impact of Lakepointe Church, Forney Campus, extends far beyond Texas. This church, born from humble beginnings, has played a role in planting 57 churches across the United States, reaching into some of the most spiritually underserved communities. This Forney Campus, with its welcoming atmosphere and diverse programs, embodies that same spirit of service and outreach, a testament to the enduring vision of those seven families in that old bait house.
