“To Be Like Him” That’s the motto of King of Kings Church. Right here in Manukau Auckland you’ll find this vibrant multicultural church. It’s more than just a building. It’s a community a family.

King of Kings Church began its journey. Its name came to Pastor Craig Munro during worship at Bethel Church in Redding California. He received a vision. Four faces appeared a lion an eagle an ox and a man. Each represented a value courage commitment servanthood and excellence.

The church’s vision is rooted in the Bible. Specifically Ezekiel 1:10 and 10:14 mentioning Cherubim carrying God’s presence. King of Kings believes they too carry God’s presence. They aim to spread this presence throughout the community.

The four faces also represent the four Gospels. The lion symbolizes Matthew’s Gospel focusing on the King and His Kingdom. The ox represents Mark’s Gospel highlighting Jesus’s servanthood. The man symbolizes Luke’s Gospel emphasizing Jesus’s perfect humanity. The eagle represents John’s Gospel which offers a prophetic revelation of Jesus’s origins.

The church actively proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They strive to be a place for people of all backgrounds to come together. People find healing and hope within its walls. King of Kings Church offers Sunday services at 10 am and 6 pm. Additional meetings are held throughout the week.

King of Kings Church is more than just a place of worship. It’s a place of service. Ministries like Kidz Church and OHMS extend their love and support to the community. Kidz Church offers a fun and engaging environment for children. OHMS provides meals and support to those in need.

The church is located at 57 Cavendish Drive Manukau. It’s easily found directly opposite The Warehouse. Pastors Craig and Sonia Munro lead the church. They are supported by other leaders and dedicated volunteers. They work together to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. This is a church where faith is lived out daily. A church that truly seeks to be like Him.
