King Fahad Academy

In 1985, King Fahd Bin Abd Al-Aziz Al-Saud envisioned a school. He dreamt of a place where students, particularly children of Saudi diplomats and Arab Muslims, could receive an Islamic-based education. This vision, right here where you stand now, became a reality with the founding of the King Fahad Academy. The King Fahad Academy served the local community for almost forty years. This prestigious institution, nestled in the London Borough of Ealing, was more than just a school. It was a bridge between cultures, a testament to the importance of education and cultural understanding. The King Fahad Academy, though now closed, echoed with the laughter and learning of students aged 3 to 18. The classrooms once buzzed with activity. Students immersed themselves in a curriculum that emphasized both Islamic values and a strong British education. Sadly, the King Fahad Academy closed its doors in 2023 due to a lack of funding. Despite the efforts of staff and parents, the decision from the Saudi Arabian government was final. Although the doors are now closed, the legacy of the King Fahad Academy lives on. It reminds us of the power of education and the enduring impact of cultural exchange.
