The Kaposia Library is a $11.4 million project largely funded by the American Rescue Plan Act. Senator Amy Klobuchar and Representative Angie Craig both attended the grand opening. Their presence underscores the library’s significance. The project was championed by Kathleen A Gaylord a former Dakota County commissioner and South St Paul mayor.
