The Masjid Jami Nurul Islam stands proudly at the centre’s heart. This mosque was a gift from the Yayasan Amal Bakti Muslim Pancasila foundation. It was completed in July 1993. President Soeharto himself inaugurated it. The mosque’s distinctive tiered roof is a hallmark of buildings created by the YAMP.
