For over 75 years the Instituto Bíblico Río de la Plata has been shaping lives. It stands proudly a beacon of faith and learning. Here ministers and missionaries have been trained. They’ve gone forth to spread God’s word across continents.
The Instituto Bíblico Río de la Plata isn’t just a school. It’s a vibrant community. Students come from all over Argentina. Many come from abroad. They represent almost every continent. The Instituto offers different programs to suit diverse needs. There’s an external program the SIM. There are two resident programs Clásico and Intensivo. A postgraduate program is also available for graduates. This further enhances their theological knowledge.
The SIM program is held on Saturdays. It runs for five years. Students attend morning and afternoon classes. They also complete an intensive residential course each year. The resident programs are intense. The Clásico program runs for three years with two thirteen-week terms. The Intensivo program is shorter with two eleven-week terms. Both programs offer board and lodging. This is a significant advantage for students. The cost of tuition includes room and board. It also covers medical emergencies and study materials. Students can choose to stay during the breaks paying extra.
The postgraduate program is optional. It offers specializations in Ministerial Theology Missiology and Christian Education. It consists of two periods of study. A ministerial project and a thesis or exegesis are required for graduation. The IBRP has a long and distinguished history. It has produced many renowned ministers.
