Established in 1983, Institut STIAMI Jakarta has a fascinating history. Institut STIAMI Jakarta wasn’t always an Institut. It began as the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi Mandala Indonesia, often called STIAMI. Originally focused on fiscal and business administration, it grew and evolved over time. In 2015, it officially became the Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI. Even with the change, the familiar acronym STIAMI stuck. Today, Institut STIAMI Jakarta offers a wide range of programs. These programs span from diploma and undergraduate degrees to postgraduate studies. Fields of study include business administration, public administration, logistics management, communication management, and hospitality and tourism. The Institut also boasts an impressive alumni network, including notable figures like Guruh Soekarnoputra. He’s the son of Indonesia’s first president, Sukarno. Located on Jalan Pangkalan Asem Raya in Central Jakarta, Institut STIAMI Jakarta continues to be a hub for aspiring students. Its history reflects the dedication and vision of its founders. It serves as a reminder of the power of education in shaping Indonesia’s future.
