Some place La Capricieuse at the bottom of the Impasse or on Rue du Génie. But postcards confirm its location at Anse du Cuivre. The restaurant held a special place in the heart of Malmousque. It was known for hosting the “baletti,” a Provençal term for a public dance, on Bastille Day. La Capricieuse offered dinners upon request and was once known as Etablissement Borel.
