Pastor Marcos Honório and his wife Eunice founded this congregation. They had met Pastor Bud the founder of the Ministério Verbo da Vida. This was in São Paulo. The Campo Grande church initially called Igreja Evangélica de Pinheiros. It predates the main Verbo da Vida church in Campina Grande. The Honórios remained dedicated. They nurtured the church’s growth. This dedication led to the church becoming a full Igreja Verbo da Vida. It maintained Pastor Bud’s vision.
