The core of H\u00f8je Taastrup C is a green park. It winds its way through the area. This connects H\u00f8je Taastrup Station with City2. Around this green heart will be homes for 4000 new residents. These homes include townhouses and apartment buildings. They rise up to six stories high. Ground floors will house shops. These shops will serve residents. The area will also welcome 4000 new employees. Businesses are moving into the district. Close to main roads and the station, 100000 square meters are set aside for commercial use. The development company H\u00f8je Taastrup C P/S is owned by three key players. These are H\u00f8je-Taastrup Municipality, Danske Shoppingcentre and Ejendomsselskabet ATPFA II P/S. ATP Ejendomme and Danica Pension own Danske Shoppingcentre. ATP and PFA own Ejendomsselskabet ATPFA II P/S.
