In 1955, a seed of faith was planted in Uxbridge. This seed grew into the Hillingdon Pentecostal Church. The church’s journey began with a nomadic existence, moving between four different locations. Finally, in 1982, Hillingdon Pentecostal Church found its home on Kingston Lane. The church purchased the building that stands here today. The congregation blossomed, embracing people of all ages and nationalities. Hillingdon Pentecostal Church became known for its charismatic worship and dedication to Bible teaching. Prayer and communion became cornerstones of their faith. The church is affiliated with the Assemblies of God and the Evangelical Alliance. As the congregation grew, Hillingdon Pentecostal Church expanded its reach. Sunday morning services moved to Abbotsfield School for Boys on Clifton Gardens. Sunday evening services remain here at Kingston Lane. A shuttle service helps bridge the distance between locations. It runs from 10:15 am to 10:25 am on Sunday mornings. Even with this expansion, the heart of Hillingdon Pentecostal Church remains rooted at Kingston Lane. This building witnessed years of growth and spiritual connection. It continues to serve as a beacon for the evening congregation.
