Highland Crest Baptist Church

What if your church was more than just a building? What if it was a living, breathing testament to faith, outreach, and community? Here at Highland Crest Baptist Church, it truly is. Highland Crest Baptist Church isn’t just a place of worship. It’s a beacon of belief, deeply rooted in the teachings of the Bible. The church’s mission is simple yet profound: to know Jesus Christ personally and then to make Him known. They follow Jesus’s command to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations”. This mission resonates in everything they do, from their Sunday services to their community outreach programs. Highland Crest Baptist Church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and is part of the Bay Lakes Association of the Minnesota/Wisconsin Convention. At Highland Crest Baptist Church, they believe the Bible is their sole authority. Their faith is built upon its teachings. It guides their decisions and shapes their lives. They encourage daily Bible reading, study, and memorization. Highland Crest Baptist Church also emphasizes the priesthood of the believer. They believe every Christian is called to full-time Christian service. This isn’t limited to pastors or church leaders. Every member is encouraged to find a place of service and ministry, using their unique talents and gifts. Giving is another cornerstone of their faith. They practice tithing, giving back 10% of their income to support the church. They believe this is the Biblical standard of giving. They see themselves as stewards of God’s blessings, entrusted with the responsibility of using their resources wisely. The church practices baptism by immersion, following the example of Jesus. They believe it’s the way the Bible commands. They also hold firm to the security of the genuine believer, believing that true salvation is eternal and entirely God’s work. Highland Crest Baptist Church is committed to outreach. They believe it’s the responsibility of every Christian to share their faith. They practice personal evangelism, inviting friends and neighbors to experience the love of Christ. Highland Crest Baptist Church isn’t just a building; it’s a community. It’s a place where faith comes alive. It’s a place where people are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus. It’s a place where they’re equipped to share that relationship with the world.
