Fast forward to 1941 Buel R Crouch became pastor. Growth was explosive. The congregation outgrew its space. On March 7 1947 they celebrated a monumental move to a new location a single block south of the original site at Tenth and Tyler. It wasn’t just a move it was a declaration of faith a step towards a larger destiny.

The 1970s and 80s brought community changes. But Grace Temple remained steadfast. It never wavered in its mission to serve and love. Under the leadership of Douglas L Laird the church paid off its final building debt in 1982. This wasn’t just a financial achievement it was a symbol of unity and collective effort.
