Hidden in plain sight, Gladstone Primary School stands as a beacon of learning. Gladstone Primary School isn’t just a school. It’s a vibrant hub. It caters to students from Years 1–6. Gladstone Primary School prides itself on its beautiful learning environment. The staff are passionate about education. They offer students a wide variety of stimulating and fun ways to learn. In February 2025, Gladstone Primary School buzzed with activity. An online safety presentation was scheduled. Music lessons and the band program were in full swing. The school even offered yoga classes in Room 35. Gladstone Primary School also hosted a talent show, “Gladstone’s Got Talent,” in 2024. The school year began on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025. Waitangi Day was observed on Thursday, February 6th. The school was closed on Friday, February 7th. This extra day off was added to the end of the school year. This ensured the school was open for the required number of days. Gladstone Primary School is led by Principal Dave Shadbolt. The school has a dedicated staff, including associate principals, teachers, specialists, and support staff. Gladstone Primary School is a place where learning comes alive. It offers a nurturing and engaging environment for students to thrive.
