A haven for art enthusiasts Galeria Kollektiva opened its doors in late 2019. This isn’t just any gallery. It’s a vibrant hub in Kassel’s Schillerviertel. Three individuals Tim Lennart and Jascha founded this space. They showcase rotating exhibitions and performances. Many artists are still relatively unknown. The gallery provides a platform for cultural exchange. It offers a space for young and undiscovered artists and creatives. They present diverse cultural projects and ideas in a relaxed setting. Over the past few years Galeria Kollektiva has represented a wide range of cultural expressions. This includes exhibitions by students from the Kassel art school KHK. It also includes work by independent artists. International dancers have even performed there. The gallery’s goal is to make art and culture accessible to everyone. They deliberately avoid entrance fees. They use their own money or seek cultural funding. This ensures their unique artistic blend is available to all. So grab a beer and enjoy the wild mix of art at Galeria Kollektiva. It’s a true gem in the heart of Kassel.
