Specifically this place provides evidence of the early and late Pfyner culture a civilization that flourished approximately between 3900 and 3500 BC.

Erosion monitoring ensures ongoing protection of this irreplaceable site. A significant portion of the settlement and its buffer zone also enjoys the protection of a nature reserve. A testament to the enduring value of preserving our shared history. The area is approximately 7.51 hectares. This includes a buffer zone that extends to an impressive 47.92 hectares.
