One such trail, the Coastal Trail, stretches from the Fingal Picnic Ground to Gunnamatta Beach. Be prepared for a climb down (and back up!) approximately 400 steps to reach the beach. While Fingal Beach isn’t ideal for swimming due to its reefs and rocks, it’s a perfect spot for a coastal stroll. Fingal may not have a wide array of shops. However, it offers several delightful restaurants and cafes. The numerous golf courses in and around Fingal provide further recreational opportunities. Fingal is more than just a place to visit.
