The Faculty of Engineering was founded on October 21 1974. It has become the most prestigious engineering faculty in Lebanon. It boasts three branches across the country. These are in Tripoli Roumieh and Hadath. Each branch contributes to the faculty’s mission.

They specialize in civil mechanical electrical information sciences and chemical engineering. The training emphasizes hands-on experience. Methodological laboratory practice is key.

Consider the Roumieh branch in the Maten district. It is a melting pot for students from all over Lebanon. It’s known for academic excellence and a welcoming atmosphere. Students feel at home here. They face challenging tasks. These tasks mold them into adaptable engineers. They are ready for any real-life situation.

Imagine a balanced student life. The Faculty of Engineering offers clubs a gym a basketball court and a cafeteria. These amenities support well-being. This creates a unique and inviting ambiance.

The Faculty of Engineering prides itself on its connections. It has partnerships with universities abroad. These open new opportunities for students. They are able to broaden their horizons.

The curriculum spans five years. The first two years cover core subjects. After this students choose a specialization. These specializations include civil mechanical electrical and chemical engineering.

The Faculty of Engineering offers various master’s programs. These include renewable energies automation and control and telecommunication networks. A master’s project serves as the final year project. It is required for the engineering degree.

After five years of study students earn an engineering degree. This is equivalent to a master’s in engineering. The fifth year can be completed abroad. This leads to a Lebanese engineering degree and a foreign research master’s. Students can also pursue a double degree in France.

Graduates can enroll in the Order of Engineers and Architects. They can practice engineering in Lebanon or abroad. With a master’s degree they can pursue doctoral studies or teach.

Each year the Industrial Research Institute recognizes outstanding students. Graduates are highly sought after by employers. The Faculty of Engineering degree is well-recognized in Lebanon and abroad.
