Over 30 years ago a dream took root. That dream blossomed into Elim Christian Centre. Right here before us stands a testament to that vision.

Elim Christian Centre isn’t just one building. It’s a network of churches. It has eight locations across Auckland and beyond. This vibrant community started in a humble rented school hall. Its founder Pastor Luke Brough envisioned a ‘centre of hope’ for the community. His vision was inspired by Jeremiah 29:11. This verse promises plans to prosper and give hope.

Elim’s growth is remarkable. From those small beginnings it expanded. Today it also includes three Elim Christian College campuses. These campuses provide Christian education. They aim for high academic achievement and real-world application. The Centre even has an online Leadership College. This trains future church and community leaders.

The leadership is strong. Senior Pastors Steve and Becs Green have served for nearly 20 years. They’ve raised two sons while building a thriving church. Steve is a passionate communicator. Becs leads with grace and confidence. Both are committed to impacting the community.

Elim welcomes everyone. Regardless of age ethnicity or background you’re welcome. They even have children’s programmes during weekend services. So come as you are. Dress comfortably. Bring your family. Join this thriving community.

Elim Christian Centre isn’t just a place of worship. It’s a place of hope. It’s a centre for community. It’s a testament to faith perseverance and the power of a dream. It’s a vital part of Auckland’s rich tapestry. It’s a living example of growth impact and unwavering faith. This is Elim Christian Centre a place of hope and a vibrant community.
