Can you hear the laughter? It echoes from the École Maternelle Les Clozeaux. It has resonated here since 1972. École Maternelle Les Clozeaux first opened its doors on March 15th of that year. Imagine a time before this cheerful hub existed. This place, now filled with the energy of young learners, was once probably just a quiet corner of Nozay. Now, École Maternelle Les Clozeaux is a vibrant part of the community. It nurtures the youngest minds, from petite section to grande section. During the last school year, 77 pupils filled its classrooms. That’s quite a lot of tiny humans learning and growing together. École Maternelle Les Clozeaux is a public school. It offers a canteen service for its students. The school isn’t part of the Éducation Prioritaire network. This means it’s not located in a disadvantaged area. Instead, it serves the families of Nozay in a more typical community setting. Three classes accommodate the 77 students. This means each class averages about 26 students. It creates a lively and interactive learning environment. The school day runs from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and then from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. So, as you stand here, listening to the joyful sounds spilling from the École Maternelle Les Clozeaux, remember the generations of children. Remember they’ve laughed and learned within these walls. They have begun their educational journeys right on this very spot.
