The church stands for God’s Truth. It does not matter what society or popular opinion says. East Immanuel stands upon the Rock. This is the Lord Jesus and His Word. It does not stand upon shifting sands.
East Immanuel Lutheran Church is committed to serving Jesus Christ. It wants to be an Army of Disciples. This will affect the world for Him. It achieves this through worship. It also witnesses to the world. Further, it shows a ministry of love. This is for one another.
East Immanuel accepts all canonical books. These are from the Old and New Testaments. It accepts them as divinely inspired. It sees them as the revealed and inerrant Word of God. East Immanuel submits to this authority. It is the only infallible authority. This relates to all matters of faith and life. East Immanuel teaches Essential Doctrine Made Easy. Norman Geisler wrote it. All new members learn from it.
Pastor Chris Monson serves God. He also serves the Kingdom of Heaven. He and his family have been at East Immanuel for over 15 years. They love the ministry. It is an exciting time to share the love and truth of Christ. This is to the community.
East Immanuel Lutheran Church believes it is called to be salt and light. It stands on the timeless truths of scripture. It is built on the foundation that is Christ. The church stands against anything that twists God’s Word. It will not modify or water it down. The church strives to teach Christ crucified. It teaches how to live in the power of His resurrection. This is by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Marquita Walter is the Youth Director. This is her second year in the role. She leads Wednesday nights. Amy Lockwood is the Administrative Assistant. She serves God in the house of the Lord. Amy serves others by serving Him. Her gifts include helping and considering others. She is dedicated to praying for the needs of others.
The church offers group prayer sessions. The pastor leads them. Individuals can participate actively or passively. They can find solace in His words. Everyone is invited to join their worship services. These are both in person and online. They gather to connect with their Lord and Savior. Activities include Bible study. There is also Kids Church. Nursery services are available during worship.
East Immanuel Lutheran Church welcomes all to worship. It praises the Lord. It builds trust. It provides a peaceful environment for all. Together we will never feel lonely or lost here.
