When Jesus returns, He will raise the dead. The faithful will receive eternal life in God’s Kingdom on Earth. Jesus will be King over Israel. He will rule the whole earth from Jerusalem. His followers will become immortal. They will help Him bring peace to the earth.
The devil isn’t a supernatural being. He is another name for sin. Jesus’s salvation destroys sin’s power. Salvation covers sins with Jesus’s righteousness. This brings freedom from sin and death upon His return. Death means the end of existence. Resurrection is the only hope. It will happen when Jesus returns at God’s appointed time.
